Inoltre, sono proposte delle valutazioni sull&#8217;utilit\u00e0 dei congedi per le donne e gli uomini, evidenziando come essi ne fruiscano in maniera diversa e quali ne siano le motivazioni. Si citano i fattori culturali che costruiscono i modelli genitoriali, proponendo, infine, possibili soluzioni per rendere le politiche sociali sui congedi parentali pi\u00f9 inclusive.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">I congedi parentali come strumento di conciliazione tra casa e lavoro<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tutti i moderni stati sociali, in forma pi\u00f9 o meno accentuata, si sono sviluppati, originariamente, sulla base di presupposti che prescrivevano (e\/o avevano quale riferimento) un modello di famiglia fondata sul <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">capofamiglia maschio<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . Tali presupposti si sono, quindi, tradotti in <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">politiche sociali<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> che hanno sostenuto i diversi ruoli assegnati a uomini e donne. Nei paesi mediterranei il modello <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">capofamiglia maschile<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> rappresenta ancora oltre il 33% di tutte le inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Successivamente, alcuni sistemi di <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">welfare state<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> hanno imboccato una strada diversa, sostenendo, piuttosto, modelli di famiglia di tipo <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">dual-earner<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> o <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><em><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , in cui \u00e8 incoraggiata la compresenza di uomini e donne nel mercato del lavoro attraverso lo sviluppo dei diritti individuali: tra gli altri, i <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">congedi parentali<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> sono uno strumento valido per migliorare la conciliazione tra famiglia e lavoro dei genitori e negli ultimi anni sono stati rafforzati.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Legge di bilancio 2025, quali sono le novit\u00e0 sui congedi parentali<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Il disegno di legge di Bilancio 2025 interviene, ancora una volta, a <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">rafforzare la tutela indennitaria<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> prevista a favore dei genitori che usufruiscono del congedo parentale: esso contempla il riconoscimento di un&#8217;indennit\u00e0 di congedo parentale pari all&#8217; <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">80%<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> della retribuzione, per complessivi 3 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">mesi<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , rispetto ai due mesi applicabili secondo la disciplina 2024 e mira a rendere il beneficio strutturale. Quindi, i lavoratori che hanno terminato\/terminano il periodo di congedo di maternit\u00e0 e di paternit\u00e0 dopo il <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">31 dicembre 2023<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> e dopo il <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">31 dicembre 2024<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , potranno fruire del beneficio di tre mesi di congedo parentale all&#8217; 80% della retribuzione, mentre l&#8217; l&#8217;indennizzo per i mesi successivi \u00e8 pari al 30%. Sulla base delle indicazioni fornite dall&#8217;INPS, per l&#8217;applicazione delle modifiche apportate dalla legge di Bilancio 2024 (disciplina vigente), \u00e8 presumibile che il mese di congedo parentale all&#8217;80% sar\u00e0 riconosciuto se frutto <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">entro i 6 anni di vita<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> del figlio o dall&#8217;ingresso in famiglia, in caso di adozione o affidamento. Il beneficio sar\u00e0 disponibile anche per i <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">genitori adottivi o affidatari<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> ea indipendentemente dalle modalit\u00e0 di fruizione del congedo (intero, frazionato in mesi, giorni o ore). Dans les pays m\u00e9diterran\u00e9ens le mod\u00e8le breadwinner constitue encore plus de 33% de tous les couples.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Certains syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00c9tat-providence ont ensuite pris une voie diff\u00e9rente, en soutenant plut\u00f4t mod\u00e8les familiaux de type <strong>dual-earner<\/strong> ou <strong>dual-breadwinner, <\/strong>o\u00f9 c\u2019est la coexistence des femmes et des hommes sur le march\u00e9 du travail \u00e0 travers le d\u00e9veloppement des droits individuels qui est encourag\u00e9e: parmi d\u2019autres, <strong>les cong\u00e9s parentaux<\/strong> sont un outil valable pour am\u00e9liorer la conciliation entra famille et travail des parents et, pendant ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 renforc\u00e9s.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>La Loi du Bilan 2025\u00a0: les nouveaut\u00e9s sur les cong\u00e9s parentaux<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Le projet de Loi du Bilan 2025 intervient, une fois de plus, <strong>pour renforcer la<\/strong> <strong>protection d\u2019indemnisation <\/strong>pr\u00e9vue en faveur des parents qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient du cong\u00e9 parental: il pr\u00e9voit la reconnaissance d\u2019une indemnisation du cong\u00e9 parental \u00e9gale \u00e0 <strong>80%<\/strong> de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, pour un total de <strong>3 mois<\/strong>, par rapport aux 2 mois pr\u00e9vues par la r\u00e9glementation 2024 et vise \u00e0 rendre cet avantage structurel. Les travailleurs qui ont donc termin\u00e9 ou qui termine leur p\u00e9riode du cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 et de paternit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le <strong>31 d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/strong> et apr\u00e8s le <strong>31 d\u00e9cembre 2024<\/strong> pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de 3 mois de cong\u00e9 parental \u00e0 80% de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, tandis que l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 pour les 3 mois suivants sera \u00e9gale \u00e0 30%. Selon les indications fournies par l&#8217;INPS (Institut National de la Providence Sociale), pour l&#8217;application des modifications apport\u00e9es par la loi du Bilan 2024 (r\u00e9glementation en vigueur), il est probable que le mois de cong\u00e9 parental \u00e0 80 % soit reconnu s&#8217;il est pris <strong>avant les 6 ans<\/strong> de l&#8217;enfant ou d\u00e8s l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en famille en cas d&#8217;adoption ou de placement. L&#8217;avantage sera \u00e9galement disponible pour les <strong>parents adoptifs ou accueillants <\/strong>et ind\u00e9pendamment des modalit\u00e9s de prise du cong\u00e9 (en entier, fractionn\u00e9 en mois, jours ou heures). Les nouveaut\u00e9s introduites par la loi de finances concernent exclusivement les <strong>travailleurs salari\u00e9s<\/strong>: ainsi, les cong\u00e9s parentaux pris par des travailleuses ind\u00e9pendantes ou inscrites \u00e0 la gestion s\u00e9par\u00e9e ne sont pas couverts par la norme.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Indemnit\u00e9 ordinaire due au travailleur<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>La r\u00e9glementation en vigueur pr\u00e9voit que le travailleur demandeur a droit \u00e0 une indemnit\u00e9 \u00e9gale \u00e0 <strong>30 %<\/strong> de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration journali\u00e8re moyenne globale. En effet, les femmes continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre responsables du travail de soin, de m\u00e9diation, d\u2019organisation et de gestion familiale, tandis que les hommes, bien qu\u2019ils aient d\u00e9construit une <strong>certaine image<\/strong> de la paternit\u00e9, continuent \u00e0 d\u00e9l\u00e9guer \u00e0 leurs compagnes\/\u00e9pouses le r\u00f4le principal de caregivers. C\u2019est pourquoi, m\u00eame les p\u00e8res les plus pr\u00e9sents pour leurs enfants se consacrent principalement aux <strong>activit\u00e9s ludiques<\/strong> et de jeu, tandis que les m\u00e8res continuent \u00e0 s\u2019occuper des <strong>activit\u00e9s de soins routiniers<\/strong>, plus exigeantes et moins gratifiantes, comme les repas, le bain, le changement de v\u00eatements, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Les politiques de cong\u00e9 familial r\u00e9it\u00e8rent une plus <strong>grande dur\u00e9e de soin<\/strong> attribu\u00e9e aux femmes, tandis que diverses \u00e9tudes soulignent que les p\u00e8res sont <strong>moins incit\u00e9s<\/strong> \u00e0 utiliser les cong\u00e9s de paternit\u00e9 et parentaux. Parmi les principales causes culturelles de cette difficult\u00e9 au changement, on note: <strong>les m\u00e9canismes de socialisation de genre<\/strong>, qui conduisent \u00e0 une constante int\u00e9riorisation des mod\u00e8les et \u00e0 une naturalisation des r\u00f4les des hommes et des femmes; <strong>le manque de comp\u00e9tences pratiques pour la reproduction domestique<\/strong>, car presque tous les hommes n\u2019ont pas eu besoin de les apprendre et de les utiliser, \u00e9tant toujours remplac\u00e9s par leurs m\u00e8res et \u00e9pouses; enfin, la \u201c<strong>fantaisie d\u2019autosuffisance f\u00e9minine<\/strong>\u201d dans le r\u00f4le maternel, qui am\u00e8ne \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer la femme comme naturellement pr\u00e9destin\u00e9e et plus capable dans les soins des enfants par rapport au p\u00e8re. Ces facteurs culturels construisent le <strong>mod\u00e8le paternel<\/strong> comme <strong>\u00e9tant celui de l\u2019aide<\/strong> \u00e0 la m\u00e8re, et donc dans une position marginale: cela risque d\u2019amplifier et de diffuser le concept de <strong>l\u2019infantilisation des hommes<\/strong>, selon lequel ils sont per\u00e7us comme moins capables de s\u2019occuper de leurs enfants comparativement \u00e0 leurs \u00e9pouses\/compagnes.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Mod\u00e8les de paternit\u00e9 dans le monde du travail<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Au-del\u00e0 des facteurs culturels mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus, qui maintiennent le travail de soin comme une responsabilit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine, le monde du travail l\u00e9gitime \u00e9galement l\u2019utilisation des cong\u00e9s parentaux davantage pour les travailleuses que pour les p\u00e8res travailleurs, principalement parce que les entreprises, m\u00eame celles qualifi\u00e9es de \u201cfamily friendly\u201d, adoptent une culture de travail fond\u00e9e sur <strong>le mod\u00e8le du travailleur<\/strong> id\u00e9al: selon ce mod\u00e8le, le travailleur est celui qui <strong>s\u2019identifie fortement<\/strong> \u00e0 sa profession, qui lui accorde une <strong>grande d\u00e9votion<\/strong>, mesur\u00e9e en termes de temps pass\u00e9 physiquement au travail, et qui concentre toute son <strong>\u00e9nergie<\/strong> sur ses activit\u00e9s professionnelles, au d\u00e9triment m\u00eame de sa vie familiale. Ce mod\u00e8le, <strong>implicitement masculin<\/strong>, suppose un individu exempt des charges de soin, r\u00e9parties de mani\u00e8re in\u00e9gale au sein des couples h\u00e9t\u00e9rosexuels en Italie. De plus, le mod\u00e8le du travailleur id\u00e9al contribue \u00e0 la construction de ce que signifie \u00eatre un homme, car il renforce le r\u00f4le masculin comme pourvoyeur de revenu, prioritaire par rapport au r\u00f4le de p\u00e8re et de soignant. Pour cette raison, les p\u00e8res travailleurs, bien qu\u2019ils souhaitent passer plus de temps en famille, ne sont pas encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 demander le cong\u00e9 parental, d\u2019une part parce que cela pourrait <strong>compromettre leur carri\u00e8re <\/strong>\u2013 donnant l\u2019impression de ne pas mettre le travail en priorit\u00e9 et risquant des \u00e9valuations de <strong>performances n\u00e9gatives<\/strong> par rapport aux coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 temps plein \u2013 et d\u2019autre part parce qu\u2019ils tentent d\u2019\u00e9viter <strong>les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes<\/strong> de genre encore structurels dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Enfin, il est int\u00e9ressant de noter comment le bien-\u00eatre d&#8217;entreprise cr\u00e9e souvent une autodiscipline chez les travailleurs : ils ne prennent pas leurs cong\u00e9s afin de ne pas para\u00eetre ingrats envers leur entreprise.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Pour un cong\u00e9 parental plus inclusif envers les p\u00e8res<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Les politiques sociales concernant les cong\u00e9s parentaux sont destin\u00e9es aux deux parents; en effet, elles sont formul\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re neutre et, par cons\u00e9quent, sont potentiellement inclusives, mais elles s\u2019adressent implicitement uniquement aux femmes, consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme les seules ayant besoin de concilier travail et famille. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une formulation neutre inhibe l\u2019usage par les p\u00e8res, encourageant ainsi des pratiques de conciliation traditionnelles. De plus, il n\u2019y a pas d\u2019effet de contagion entre les genres, mais uniquement intra-genre: en effet, ce n\u2019est que si <strong>les p\u00e8res<\/strong> commencent \u00e0 utiliser ces cong\u00e9s qu\u2019il sera possible que d\u2019autres agissent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, par imitation.
