Copywriters and Book writers are normally required to hold a bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a closely related field of study. People that specialize in a certain area of copywriting may hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in that field. Those who develop software copy, for example, may hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. These copywriters often learn how to write by participating in extracurricular activities or undertaking individual research and study.
